At Ye’s Jerky, we currently ship across Canada only.

Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping to customers located anywhere in Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

For orders below $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Carriers

We ship using a variety of carriers across Canada, with Canada Post as our preferred carrier whenever possible. Depending on your location and the nature of the order, we may also use other trusted shipping providers.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Delays

Please note that shipping delays may occur during holidays, peak periods, or other especially busy times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery delays may occur.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to help locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will send a replacement.
