At Ye’s Jerky, we stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for eligible orders made in Canada.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to request a refund review.
To be eligible, the product must be unopened. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on opened products.
No Physical Return Required
Customers do not need to return the product to request a refund. We may ask for supporting information such as:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the product or packaging, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- opened products
- requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- issues caused by improper storage, misuse, or intentional damage
Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
